What is Office Pool?
Office Pool is private football-pool software. Members make sportsbook-style picks with fictional points and follow standings together.
Is it free?
Yes. Creating and joining a pool is free. Office Pool does not collect entry fees, hold prizes, or redeem points for cash.
How do picks work?
Choose an available line, select points, review the ticket, and submit before kickoff. The accepted line, odds, and time are frozen on the receipt.
Can I change a submitted pick?
No. A submitted pick is final. If pool limits permit, you may submit another ticket—including the opposite side—before kickoff.
What happens when a line moves?
The board shows the current available line. Existing tickets keep the line and odds captured when they were accepted.
When does a game lock?
Each game locks at its scheduled kickoff. Postponed or canceled games are unavailable until the schedule supports new picks again.
How are picks graded?
Final scores are applied to the frozen ticket line and sportsbook-style odds. Provider corrections can trigger a regrade, which is preserved in the audit history.
Who can see pending picks?
The picker can see the full ticket immediately. Other members see selections after kickoff; a pool may expose limited pending counts or amounts beforehand.
How do I join?
Use the private invitation link from a commissioner. Some pools also allow a join code; commissioner-only pools do not.
Can I be in several pools?
Yes. Switch from the league menu. Membership, username, points, rules, and picks remain separate for each pool.
Can commissioners change rules?
Authorized commissioners can update pool settings. Material changes are recorded and can be announced to members.
Does Office Pool handle money?
No. Points have no cash value. Any off-platform fee, prize, tax, or settlement is arranged solely by the commissioner and members.
What are prediction cards?
Office Pool records picks and performance so players and crowds can build a verifiable track record. A qualified publisher may separately offer a curated card; any paid checkout is handled by Whop and never changes free pool access.
