Create the pool
Open Create a pool, name it, and set the rules: pick types, points, lock time, and who can invite.
Paste the roster
From pool management → Players, paste 10 to 2,000 names, one per line. Emails are optional: Name <email> or Name, email. Names without email stay as waiting slots until they join. Invite every address in one send. The pool delivers them in groups of 100 and keeps going if one group fails.
Send the invite link
From pool management, copy the private invite link and text or email it. Players sign up free, join, and make picks on the web or in the app before kickoff. If your group keeps a pot, the commissioner holds it; Office Pool never holds money.
Can Office Pool import my old season?
No. Office Pool does not import picks or standings from other platforms. You start a fresh season. A commissioner can paste 10 to 2,000 player names onto the roster, and can record prior-season standings by hand.
Do my players need a new account?
Yes. Each player creates a free Office Pool account with email or Google and joins from your private invite link. Names you paste wait on the roster until they join.
