How do I join?

Open the private link your commissioner shared, or enter the pool code if the pool allows it.

How do I make a pick?

Open Picks, choose a spread or total, select points, and confirm before that game kicks off. Your receipt confirms the captured line and odds.

Does my spread lock when I pick?

Yes. Once a pick is accepted, the line and odds on the receipt stay frozen. A later board move does not change the grade. There is no separate lock-spread setting — lock at submit is always on.

Can I change a pick?

Submitted picks are final. If your limit allows it, you can submit another ticket—including the other side—before kickoff.

Who can see my picks?

You can see your pending tickets. Other players see the selections after the game starts, though limited counts or amounts may appear earlier under pool rules.

Why is a game missing or locked?

Games close at kickoff. Postponed, canceled, final, or temporarily unpriced games are unavailable until their status supports new picks.

How are points calculated?

Your pool uses sportsbook-style odds. A win credits the priced return, a loss deducts the amount risked, and a push returns the stake. The receipt preserves the accepted line and price.

When do scores and standings update?

Results update after the data provider marks a game final. Corrections by the source may cause a later regrade.

I cannot access my account.

Use Forgot password below the password field. If you use Google, choose the same verified email associated with your Office Pool account.

How do I add Office Pool to my Home Screen?

On iPhone or iPad, open officepool.gg in Safari. Tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. If you already have the Office Pool app, open it directly.

On other devices, choose Install from your browser’s menu when available.

I joined more than one pool.

Use the league menu in the header to switch pools. Your username, rules, points, and picks are tracked separately in each pool.

How do invitations work?

Invitation permissions are controlled per pool. If joining by code is disabled, request a fresh private link from a commissioner.

How do I run or change a pool?

Open Account, choose Organizer, and manage rules, players, games, activity, and payouts. Material rule changes are recorded for members.

Are points real money?

No. Office Pool only tracks fictional points. Any entry fees or payouts are handled directly and off-platform by your commissioner.

Do paid cards make pools paid?

No. Pools remain free to create, join, and play. A prediction card is a separate product from a player or crowd with a tracked record; Whop handles any card checkout.
